Just as advertised - clean, odorless white creatine with a lot of "fluff" to it, dissolves just fine without clumping or leaving grit at the bottom of the glass, mixes perfect with whatever I put it in and so far that's been smoothies, protein shakes and a vitamin drink. It's a standard 5g which I appreciate as that amount at least is a good foundation for it to do something beneficial. I've tested some that're just 3g which is...odd

No stomach upset, nothing wrong with tub, this is great and for the cost I'd get it again
